2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

🚫 Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note:
We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
